d&#8217;empreses que ens ofereixen cursos dient que s\u00f3n obligatoris i, a m\u00e9s, que no ens costaran res, ja que s\u00f3n gratu\u00efts. <br \/>Cal deixar clar que com a m\u00ednim hi ha 3 tipus de cursos:\u00a0<span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">Els bonificats, els subvencionats i els de pagament.<br \/>Per explicar-ho de forma r\u00e0pida, els <b>bonificats <\/b>s\u00f3n uns cursos que l&#8217;empresa ha de pagar i despr\u00e9s pot descomptar una part, pr\u00e8via tramitaci\u00f3 de forma reglamentada i documentada oficialment, de les quotes a pagar de la Seguretat Social. <br \/><br \/><\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-e2e86e1 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"e2e86e1\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">Els cursos <b>subvencionats <\/b>s\u00f3n aquells que alguna entitat, p\u00fablica o privada, abona i es fa c\u00e0rrec de les costes del curs o d&#8217;una part de les mateixes i, aix\u00ed, els participants no han de fer-se c\u00e0rrec de la totalitat d&#8217;aquestes.\u00a0<br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">I els cursos <b>de<\/b> <b>pagament<\/b>, s\u00f3n aquells que l&#8217;empresa o el participant es far\u00e0 c\u00e0rrec del cost total.<br \/>Cal tenir en compte que si les documentacions dels cursos bonificats NO es fan de forma correcta i en els seus terminis, l&#8217;Administraci\u00f3 (Seguretat Social) reclamar\u00e0 a l&#8217;empresa que ha rebut la formaci\u00f3 el retorn de la bonificaci\u00f3, m\u00e9s el rec\u00e0rrec corresponent i els interessos.<br \/>Hi ha moltes empreses suposadament dedicades a impartir formaci\u00f3 que es dediquen a ESTAFAR oferint suposats cursos que despr\u00e9s NO bonifiquen i les empreses tenen greus problemes.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element
