L&#8217;empresari ha de fer l&#8217;esfor\u00e7 de protegir a la treballadora: adaptar el seu lloc de treball o en el seu cas traslladar a la treballadora a un altre lloc de treball on no hi hagi risc per a aquesta.<br \/>La norma tamb\u00e9 diu que si aix\u00f2 no fos possible, la treballadora tindria dret a una baixa laboral i ser\u00e0 la M\u00fatua qui se&#8217;n far\u00e0 c\u00e0rrec. Ara b\u00e9, les m\u00fatues obstaculitzen aquestes baixes i les retarden fins a la setmana 22 o 28, fet que fa que les afectacions al fetus o a l&#8217;embar\u00e0s ja estiguin molt agreujats.
