Tots, i em refereixo a tots, incloent-m&#8217;hi a mi mateix, estem adoptant h\u00e0bits de conducci\u00f3 menys segurs. Potser aix\u00f2 es deu al fet que ens han fet creure que els vehicles disposen cada dia de m\u00e9s elements de seguretat, m\u00e9s eficients i efica\u00e7os, que ens fan sentir com Zeus al seu Olimp quan estem dins del nostre cotxe. Per\u00f2 res m\u00e9s lluny de la realitat: el nostre cos continua sent feble i vulnerable, com el dia de la seva creaci\u00f3.<\/p><p>Recordem que les lleis de Newton s\u00f3n reals. La tercera llei de Newton, la llei de l&#8217;acci\u00f3 i la reacci\u00f3, \u00e9s una realitat emp\u00edrica: \u00abTota acci\u00f3 genera una reacci\u00f3, per\u00f2 en sentit oposat\u00bb. Hem de tenir en compte que, si xoquem amb alguna cosa, aquesta cosa no nom\u00e9s s\u2019esclafar\u00e0, sin\u00f3 que tamb\u00e9 ens afectar\u00e0 a nosaltres.<\/p><p>Per tant, \u00e9s imprescindible evitar aquests impactes. No n\u2019hi ha prou amb portar el cintur\u00f3 de seguretat, l\u2019airbag, el casc o els guants; el m\u00e9s important \u00e9s conduir de manera segura. Per aix\u00f2:<\/p><ol><li>Mantinguem el vehicle en bon estat.<\/li><li>Planifiquem els despla\u00e7aments.<\/li><li>Calculem el temps necessari per realitzar el trajecte, i no condu\u00efm amb pressa.<\/li><li>Descansem el temps necessari i, si ens sentim cansats durant la conducci\u00f3, aturem-nos.<\/li><li>Evitem el consum de begudes alcoh\u00f2liques, drogues i medicaments que puguin alterar les nostres reaccions.<\/li><li>Mantinguem la dist\u00e0ncia de seguretat.<\/li><li>Utilitzem els indicadors de direcci\u00f3 i de circulaci\u00f3 (intermitents, llums, llums de boira&#8230;).<\/li><li>Mantinguem l\u2019atenci\u00f3 en la conducci\u00f3 (no utilitzem el m\u00f2bil, no llegim, evitem distraccions com el paisatge, etc.).<\/li><li>Mantinguem una bona climatitzaci\u00f3 del vehicle, entre 17 i 27 \u00b0C.<\/li><li>Respectem les normes de circulaci\u00f3 (velocitat, canvis de sentit, girs, avan\u00e7aments&#8230;).<\/li><li>Tinguem cura de la resta de conductors; no tothom t\u00e9 les mateixes habilitats ni el mateix sentit de la prud\u00e8ncia.<\/li><li>\u00c9s millor arribar cinc minuts tard que no arribar.<\/li><\/ol><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-8823c3e elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"8823c3e\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-61c8672\" data-id=\"61c8672\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Cada cop condu\u00efm d&#8217;una manera m\u00e9s imprudent.
