La falsa creen\u00e7a que es protegeix el dret a la intimitat ha portat a la fragmentaci\u00f3 de la informaci\u00f3 m\u00e8dica en diversos departaments: la sanitat p\u00fablica, les m\u00fatues laborals, els serveis de vigil\u00e0ncia de la salut de les empreses i, en alguns casos, la sanitat privada. Aquests sistemes no estan connectats i, sovint, <strong>l\u2019\u00fanica manera que el metge accedeixi a informaci\u00f3 rellevant \u00e9s que el treballador la proporcioni<\/strong>, cosa que pot portar a informes poc precisos.<\/p><p>Per tal que els informes m\u00e8dics siguin fidels a la realitat i \u00fatils per a la seva funci\u00f3, <strong>seria necessari unificar les hist\u00f2ries cl\u00edniques personals<\/strong> (amb l\u2019autoritzaci\u00f3 del propietari) en un sol historial cl\u00ednic.
