El SCT ha de disposar de m\u00faltiples mesures alternatives per resoldre\u2019l molt abans que aparegui, encara que aquest problema pugui no apar\u00e8ixer mai.<\/p><p>El senyor Lamiel diu que els ciutadans estaven informats a trav\u00e9s de les xarxes socials del SCT, per\u00f2, i tots aquells conductors que no disposen de xarxes socials o que s\u00f3n d&#8217;altres pa\u00efsos? Com ho van fer, al peu coix?<\/p><p>Tamb\u00e9 afirma que disposen de tots els equips t\u00e8cnics (grues, g\u00f3ndoles&#8230;), per\u00f2 que esperaven les ordres del comissari de la c\u00e0rrega. Quan les van rebre, van intentar retirar-la, per\u00f2 no van poder.
